Context
Dida Arena project is a very large scale housing project comprising more than 950 apartements and more than 15 000m2 comercial area.It will be a very large perimeter block, consisting in 20 buildings, which form a elongated ring with an urban park at its center.

Architecture
The project puts the quality of life at its center. Every unit has at least two cross orientations and large covered terrace for outdoor living.Each one of the 20 blocks has outside vertical circulation, deserving 6-7 apartments. This connectin terraces are large and offer extra socialising space. Each block has two parts, the outside ring volume and smaller inner tower. The 4 angular blocks have only ring volume, so there are 16 blocks with towers.Thick perimeter blocks develop deep various typologies with at least two orientations. Towers have one or 2 apartments on each floor. Since the circulation is always at the perimeter, the center is pedestrian and offers pecefull heaven for the habitants.
